Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. The cut off time for next working day dispatch is 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders will be delivered by postal or courier service. Please note you will always be provided with a tracking number for your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer a collection service.
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail, Evri or DPD. Orders will be posted to the shipping address supplied by you upon placing your order with us.
If no-one is available to receive your parcel upon delivery, a card will be left with details on how to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local depot.
If the parcel has not been collected or re-delivery has not been arranged, the parcel will be returned to Bliss Delights. We can resend the parcel if the additional postage is covered by yourself.
COVID-19 Delivery Information
Please be aware that COVID-19 has put additional stress on all delivery services and couriers. As a result of this, we cannot currently guarantee the stated delivery times. During busy periods (e.g Christmas), postal services can be slower than usual. We ask that you wait 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us.
Due to COVID-19, most deliveries will be contact free.
Orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days in the UK.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am - 6pm.
Orders may require a signature upon delivery.
International orders will be shipped International Tracked or Signed Delivery. All shipping rates are available upon checkout.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year (e.g Christmas). *Please refer to COVID-19 information above.
We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 5 - 10 working days and the rest of the world within 5 - 15 working days.
Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. Customers ordering outside the UK are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
We will not be held responsible for parcels which are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered due to the wrong address being supplied. In these circumstances, no refund will be issued on lost items until the items are returned to us.
For custom orders, please allow 7 working days for delivery.
Although we make every effort to meet all outlined delivery times, occassionally there may be some circumstances outwith our control which may lead to delays. These factors may include busy periods of the year, traffic, bad weather, or postal/courier delays. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for parcels which are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery company.
